i am a sales partner for dish network and i want to make a post about a dish network retailer in wilmar mn SOUND IMAGE 1417 1ST ST STE 3. i was hoping
a manager from retail services would see this post and do something about this.
i took a call for a customer named robert hamm and gave him my pitch and sold him on the benifits of dish network. keep in mind this call took me a hour and i finally closed the deal and got the sale. a week later i find out that he went in to sound image to look around and he was approached by the owner of sound image named ART... he told art he had just set a installation with dish network
and was happy to get the service. well ART the owner of sound image happens to be a retailer for dn and a installer. so he tells robert to cancel his account with me so he could get the commission for the install. he basically stole my account so he could get the credit and the money. we both work for dish and are supposed to be on the same team. but this just proves that people are greedy and will do anything to get a sale. so if there is a retail services manger out there please do me a favor and write this guy up of take away his retail license....
