signal in mexico city

My cousin form nassau gave me an starmate4 sirius radio and he activated it on past sunday but until now i can´t listen another channel that don´t be the 184 channel and if i want to change it just appear the 000 (SID) what can i do.

I live in mexico city, in other pages i read that the radio can be used here.

I take mine to Playa, south of Cancun.

Works great.
