What is wrong that the Dish can't fill orders for upgrading equipment- no wonder they are losing clients- I ordered a receiver last week and as of today no tracking number and I was promised a new HD DVR by yesterday- no one in customer service-either corporate or regular can give any answers except that the receiver is unavailable-Directv to the rescue!
