99 satellite location?

What is the actual compass location for the 99 satellite. I was told that it sits at 204 on the compass. Also, is the 103 satellite sitting at 212 or 214 on a compass or neither? I know the only one so far with tree issue problems has been the 119 at 229 and 39 elevation, but since they have turned on the 99, I have heard of a few people still not getting signal on the 99 satellite and I believe it also might be tree issues.

well from the 103 to the 99 is 4 degrees... so if the 103 is at 214 then the 99 is at 210
