Q = 00 what is the likely cause

hi, i am (desparately) trying to set up my fta. i have the reciever programmed. the reading for S = ~80 (plus or minues 1-2 depending on the channel). Q = 00. I am assuming the problem is either with the dish or the cables. Does any one have any suggestions and troubleshooting ideas? Thank you in advance, Susan

i had a similar prob. turns out the dish is not spot on . the S can be ok , but u have to tweak the dish to attain a good Q reading . it worked for me ! unless ur on the wrong sat altogether !
