Local Channels Pick Up

Is it possible to use my in laws address and pick up there local station by changing my address with DN to my in laws address, or are the spot beams in place that won't allow me to do this, I am 1500 miles away from them?? They would be coming off 61.5 and will still be in the eastern arc??

the 61.5 does show some spot beams ... look on lyngsat.com & see if you are included in the spots...
