i am trying to install the slimline dish with h23600 receiver and not able to get any signal at all. all connections are good, we have set the dish type to #18 which is slimline-5s (swm). i believe this is correct. we didn't get a model type with our dish, but it has 4 outputs and i think this dish has the built in multi-switch. we are not able to get signal for any satelite. we are using 37.9 elevation, 114 azimuth, but don't know what tilt to use. can someone help with this?

you might try to put your zip in your recvr to find your steeings ... other than that be certain that your pole is plumb to the ground.... usually try to point with the 101 sat ... be sure to center on az & el
