Direct tv signal issue

Hi all
Had a slimline 5lnb installed last week , got 99, 101, 110 and 119 all at 94+ , but not 103c. Someone said once I activate , the signal would come in . I don't know how I will if I cannot get the signal now.
Another told me that the other signals were too high and that is why I do not catch 103c

I have read it could be lnb problem or a defective bbc.
One reciever in the house HR23 DVR, but I have only installed one coaxial to the receiver as of now . Built in BBc
