How is everyone getting Directv in Canada?

I've been wanting to sign up for Directv, but I'm not exactly sure how to go about it?? Now really all that keen on brokers But How else. I have a US address to use etc. Just don't know how to get the equipment of activate an account from Canada. If I ordered everything from Directv.com they want to install it. Well we know that can't happen.
