Just for those who can not find the little words I was talking about............. Here they are...
This is a general B.S. forum designed for casual discussions etc. No bashing, profanity, fighting, racial jokes etc.
Now follow them, or be gone. Makes no difference to me in the least. You want to ridicule eachother? Do it in private. NEXT time will be your last time in public on this forum. We have been leanient the past few weeks, but it has gone TOO FAR...............
NO more of the above, and this includes ---ually explicit gestures, and or photo's.
If you have ANY questions....... I suggest you conmtact one of the mods, before posting. Because if we see something in BAD taste, you are gone. Warnings are now over.
You folks need a kindergarden cop? Guess who is here to play cop.
The above post is MEANT for everyone here..........
AND.......... Before the posts start, and the P.M's and emails flow..............................
I DO NOT CARE, who said or did what. IT IS NOW OVER.....

I have already been dubbed Barney Fife. Do I take offense to it? Nope. It, to me is a term of endearment. Some peolpe like to push, so now the pushing is over.
Try to give some a free reign, and they gotta take advantage of the situation. This forum was never invented to be a stomping ground. If people have NO respect for others, then it is time to instill some respect. If that means that some will no longer be here, then maybe they need to start their own posting site.

Is there anyway you can move posts? It seems that every thread has posts that get off the subject and end up with your warnings or discussions thereof. Why not just move them to this thread or delete the improper post entirely?
For example, there are threads for cooking, animations, and other defined categories, wouldn't it be better if the posters recognized the topic and only posted "on subject"
If you want to clean up this area, how about posting detailed rules at the top of the forum, similar to what is posted on top of the members area forums.

Nope. I do not delete posts. People would scream, if you delete posts. That is why I just close offensive posts, or just edit them. And I am not going to kepp editing posts for the rest of the week.
It makes NO difference if the threads are edited anyway. What purpose would it solve? People would still post comments like I have edited.

Star, UP is just something to type & submit so that a thread moves up to the top of a forum again so that everybody reads it. And heeds it!

Thank you...Doesn't automatically do that on its own though with each new post. Sounds like redundant typing to me. Unless you are referring to it starting a second page within the same thread or somethin..Again thanks for the enlightenment.

Star, like if there hasn't been a post for a while & a lot of new posted subjects have pushed the thread to the bottom of a forum or to the 2nd or 3rd page, then to post "UP" would send it to the begining of the forum again for every one to read.

I pulled the blue divider bar off a web site & then in gif animator 4.0 I added the flashing "REBOOT" & then put it up on an anonymous web page I created.

Muggles if ya like Barney and the rest of the mayberry crew you would just love my bird. He whistles the Andy Griffith tune and gets me up every morning and then we get an encore presentation around bedtime.

Lara26,
Kinda off Muggles subject but we have an Andy whistling bird here too. We have a program that we can add wav files to and it plays when we are not home. Helps teach the birds.

What kinda bird ya got? The one that whistles that tune here is one of my cockatiels and he picked it up off the tv show cause my son just looooooves it. I have another tiel that doesn't whistle yet but it's still just a tot so have to give it time and I also have a conure that hates that song as much as I do now and he yells "Shut up, Shut up" the entire time the tiel is whistling. These birds pass conversation back and forth and its funny at times. When the tiel hears the conure he starts with "oh jake, jake, jake" his name by the way. They are just like a bunch of children and fight all day long.

:) yeah, just a bit. Let's just hope they don't learn to start cursing at each other. And hey, what's up with men wanting to cook birds cerebus? My hubby says he is going to fry mine up alllll the time. :) I saw that you were talking about birds in another post. Tell Mrs. Cerebus that candles and a little air freshner won't hurt the birds as long as it is not directly sprayed on them or the candles are not sitting close by.

Lara26,
We have two love birds, one senagal, one cockatoo and one cockatiel. Guess which one whistles the Andy theme:D About the only time I want to fry them is when it is cage cleaning day or first thing in the morning when I am trying to work and they won't HUSH!!!
