I know quite a bit about construction, now, aren't the roofers the hardest to manage, followed by the stucco guys? Geeze, those stucco guys would always get over spray on the roofs, even crack the tile, then, the roofers get backcharged as if it's their fault. The roofers can't sue, they're broke from the medical bills resulting from shooting up and falling off the roofs. How did you manage those guys, and what do the four B's mean? As a guy, I heard of the 4 F's, but we can't mention those here.
