Microsoft Windows 98 Startup menu

If anyone out there boots up their computer and every time get's the Microsoft Windows 98 Startup menu could they drop me a line. I can't seem to get rid of the damn menu. It acts like I shut down the computer during startup every time I boot the computer.

edit msdos.sys
change
bootmenu=1 to
bootmenu=0

or use tweakui
