This is for IE 5 with Win9x.
I hope that you are comfortable editing the registry. If so do this.
Go to Start / Run and run regedit
Go to :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion
Policies
Ratings
This is where the Content Advisor Password is stored.
Delete the entry in the right window called "Key".
Then Reboot
Let us know if this helps.

Here is some of the read-me text from GetPass:
Get Pass 1.10 Beta
Introduction
------------
If you don't remember your Internet password (or any other) and it is stored in an edit box where you only see '*' which this application you can get it.
Usage
-----
Run the application, place the mouse cursor over the edit which your password, it will appear in my application.
If the "Disable password char" is enabled, the '*' in the edit will disappear.
I haven't used the program yet, but it sounds like it could help you. pm me if you need this.
