Smiles Off

In my profile, my smiles, html, and Img are off. Anybody know if there is a reason for this and if and how they can be turned back on. When reading others posts, half the time I see images, half the time I see just the code. All my modes are on everywhere except for main discussion profile, my members profile {somehow I screwed up and have 2 different profiles} is fine. Can anyone see my image or just my code?

By the way, Hope all me mates Have the Merriest and Happiest.
