getting a ton of drop outs that look like hashing, because no one else is getting hashed im assuming its either atmospheric or in the cable.
could i have a bad ground block ?
thats the only outside connection, believe im using the original cable,rg6 direct buriel, though nouthing is buried.
i dont have any corrosion in the ground block.
any help ?

You can check your grounding block theory with an "F" barrel connector, Rat Shack, less then a buck I think.
The most likely suspects are any of the external connections (back of the LNB, ground block - especially if you didn't weather-proof 'em), or any connection that moves (or is subject to movement or chew-through by your pets (cats, dogs, ferrets, etc). Wall plate connections are prime suspects.
Sometime you only need to unscrew 'em & put back together to break up the oxidation or corrosion.
Good Luck
