Any Software writers out there?

Hi everyone, Happy New Year.

I need a computer program that will let me do a computerized version of the NBA Draft Lottery. I want to be able to have for example, 5 "participants" in the lottery. Each one needs to be able to have a variable amount of chances (based on a preset criteria like years on the job). Once all each participant's chances have been added to the "hopper", I would like the software to select a winner based on the odds created by the number of chances entered.

Anyone have any idea where i can get something like this?
