Signal here today gone toomorrow

can anyone tell me why I have a signal today and toomorrow its gone the dish never moves ,i`ve checked all connections and wires.. LNB ? if no help I`m thinking of going to Wally World for a new system..

one day i`m watching tv and the next day i`m not so I go outside and check the dish it`s fine I have put marks where it should be, I then check all connections inside and out there good i`ve check everything. I go back outside and redo all the dish install again (leveling and so forth) but my mistake I leave the reciever on the signal power screen for about a hour i come upstairs and to my surprise I have a 86 signal I put my card in and it works..the next day no signal I do it all over again and 7 hours later I`m force to watch boring local tv (cbc) any help ?????
