Any experts opinion on how hard the emulator will be for dtv to ECM?

We have all know for quite some time about the write once area on the H card which DTV used to great advantage. I am sure that DTV knew that this big ecm would push a lot of people to emulators too. Any programmers out there know how hard it is going to be for them to shut down emulators as well?

at least they can't fry our cards...if they do start attacking the emu. programs, I'm sure that small patches would fix it.
