has anyone tried to cascade sat 110 and 119 into a sw21 and take the output of the sw21(firstone) and cascade into another one that has 110+119 and one input from 61 and take the output of the second sw21 to the receiver....
will this work

It won't work.
The gadget to combine the 110 and 119 is a diplexor - set for a specific combination frequency. I believe the SW21 is more like a multiswitch, or at least is not set to properly combine the frequencies associated with the 110 and 119 satellites.
My understanding is that the SW21 will also not work to combine the 119 and 101 because it doesn't handle the 22KHz "tone" needed to switch between the two dishes/LNBs.

thanks for the info....
well i have it working for 110 and 119????? i'm trying to hook up 61 into the combination...
i'm not trying this for direct its for charlie
i guess i'll have to try it out over the weekend...

Sorry. I missed the reference in your post to DishNet. I'm pretty sure the setup you described won't work for DTV, I don't know about DishNet.

It will not work,try a twin lnb for you dish 500 (110 & 119) connect you coaxial to the 119 end, run it your sw21 switch along with your coaxial from the 61.5 bird. This works for me. If not, try a sw62 switch.
