i am having trouble logging in to the members area. i keep getting "401 error". i'm using cable modem with internet explorer 5.0 any help is greatly appreciated.

yes. but it doesn't matter if i try that way or use the url with my browser. i don't have any problems at any other sites. i renewed in jan. (right before black sunday)and was getting in no problem. i know the mods are busy, with membership approaching 50k. any ideas what is wrong? anyone else have same problem? what is solution?

I'm using I.E.5.5 no problems.Don't know if that's the key...Probably not.Just don't wan't you to think you're being ignored.Sorry,not much help from the likes of me. The Snake

Yo Bust, do a search for Pirates Den, (do you have exite?) you'll find a few links when you get there. Try a few different links til you get here, will bring you right to main discussion forum. Worked for me, even use it as a back up on my Favorites list.

I m glad to see that there are others besides me having trouble gettin in I be looking for all the help i can get to figure out how to get in on the den as well
