Does anyone know anything about the nature of Britney Spears' connections to physics? Check out the Britney Spears Guide to Semiconductor Physics at http://britneyspears.ac/ This site contains an explanation of semiconductors that is pretty good (at least what I've read of it so far). "Britney's Lip-Glossary of Semiconductor Physics" might even be useful. But..several of the photos are gonna set the progress of women in science back a millennium. Especially the graph depicting the valence band superimposed on...nemmind. You have to see it for yourself. It can be accessed through "The Basics of Semiconductors" and the "Britney Spears Guide to Semiconductor Physics Wallpaper" links on the above-mentioned site. Yowza! The "lyrics contest" and "acronymous abstract" are kind of funny, as are some of the sites accessed through the "interesting links". Molecules with silly names are featured on one, Steven (M.C. Hawking)Hawking's trash-talking gangsta rap albums on another. There are some serious semiconductor links, too. I haven't figured out how the silver satin sheets on Britney's site tie in to the semiconductor physics, though. Maybe I haven't read enough yet.
