I'm not sure what forum to post this question but I figured this would be a safe bet. Years ago when I got into this hobby, I heard that the programmers could be used for programming the Phone Cards with the Asic Chips. I was in Mexico a few weeks ago and found that these cards were widely used in the phones there. I brought back several cards that were expired to see if the time could be re-loaded on them. Is anyone familiar with the software needed for this and where I could find it. Just figured I'de experiment with these until the HU loaders come down to around $500 and the software is Freeware. HeHeHe
Would appreciate any help.

You can't use them for DTV because the ASIC on the H-card is proprietary.

I think he has the notion to try to re-rack time back to the cards.

YES Muggles. That was my intention but I'm not sure if it can be done. I just remember Vcipher advertising that there Lil Blk Box would program H-cards and Phone cards. Does anyone remember this and is there a way of re-racking the time on them?

Check out the Maxking site. Since they have been banned from posting any info at all in any shape or form on sat programming the other uses of smart cards is all his site is about. phone, health, bank, pass key duplication, etc....
