I think I know who, but for his privacy I will not divulge.
A point to think about. With all the Police State actions, Why Bother with Dealers if Dtv wanted to stop Dealers all they have to do is release the P3 card and that would stop it dead.They have dried up the supply of Hcards(P2). The so called Pirate systems have pretty well dried up. They have the answer but they are not doing it. Why not? It cant be the cost they will do it sooner or later. They have gone to great expence with the design and activating this new card
I think they have a big problem we are not aware of at this stage.
