How is the court case going against Vcipher

Hi Scott1,

The case is going VERY well but there has been a delay until March 21 now due to limitation of court dates. Most of their witnesses have been shown to have an agenda or worse and we should have a very important witness back in March with much contract info :)

That will prove VERY interesting because he has to bring a lot of info (which will then be made PUBLIC) :)

The same witness was in court this week in Montreal in another case and they showed that he was asked to bring very important contract details in the Vcipher case over 3 months ago by the transcripts. These contracts will clarify a lot of issues for the court, but perhaps NOT in a way they want. He had nothing and the judge made a very strong comment against that. Told him he better have the wanted answers and contracts next time he is back which is early in March at that case.

I don't think we will see him again but we will see at the other case in Montreal which is back BEFORE us. I am really anxious for those contracts which will clarify a LOT for EVERYBODY in Canada.

Because we are sharing many things including witness testimony, he got caught in some lies. Its nice when you ask a question and get a wrong answer. Then you say "on the xx of xxx were you asked THIS question and did you give THIS answer" and then read in the question and answer.
