For those of you who haven't assembled and installed one yet, you're not missing anything exciting unless you are the type who loves extra work.
I've installed both Dishnet & DTV's new setups and have come to the conclusion that they are both a very large pain in the ass.
Running 4 or even 6 cable runs from the dish can be very tasking not to mention very ugly.
You will also have to learn to skew the dish to lock in high signal strength.
A couple of tips to those of you who haven't done one yet, before you do anything, set the skew angle and leave it alone. DO NOT try to re-adjust the skew after you have mounted the dish. You will be sorry !
Second, For those of you using a powered signal meter, find and lock in the 119 bird and if your skew is set correctly, the 110 we be fine. I currently use this method and get a stable 90's+ signal on both birds.
Good Luck to all.
