Noreaster Signal Problem?

Is anyone experiencing loss of signal due to the Noreaster? Last night I was getting a 72 reading and now I'm getting 0-35 and no picture. My dish is tight as can be and the wind at higher altitudes is gusty. Any help would be much appreciated.
