I believe the DTV satellite at 119 is Spanish language programming, and some HDTV programming. I think there is other ethnic programming on the bird at 110 WL.

Need a zip code or lat / long to verify the az/el.

Currently there are no DTV ethnic ch on 119 bird, only on G3r sat. They will be availble in the future but not at this moment. But they do have spanish Para Tosa channels on 119 with HDTV.
