Anyone know if Spain can receive DTV. More accurately, the Canary Islands.

The Downlink footprint does not cover your area at all...You are well out of the last/useable contour for a decent Eb/No for your receiver to lock, maybe a few hundred miles in to the west and an 18meter with autotrack would do it....Go by an MPEG-3 receiver and look at PAS-3,Intelsat and Orion...
