I did an installation for a friend using a B-50 unit w/ a 2nd generation dish. Signal and everything is fine. However, when I call up the guide function, it shows everything in midwest time when I'm out here on the west coast. Basically, the clock is 2 hrs. ahead. Now here's the other part, when you set the timer to record it functions properly. It's an annoyance more than anything and I know that the receiver gets its time from the satellite based on your location. So I don't know what's wrong or how I can fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm stumped.

Is it a sub from DTV.? If so you should be able to call them and have them correct it over the air.

Unfortunately, it's not a sub. So I need outside help to find a solution to the problem. Thanks.

What software is on the card. If T3 then change your spending limit to 001 or 002.

I'm not sure because it was done by another friend but I know that it's either a JSP or a Magic at eng. mode. Those are the only two he uses. Thanks again for any help.
