Can H card be used in new 4280e Rca Dolby Digital Receiver

Fellow hobbyists, I need help on making a decision. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. I have been offered a new 4280e RCA Dolby Digital Receiver for $200. Is this a good price and can it be used with and H-card? It comes with an Hu. Also I intend to install my old unit in the carribean, will it work down there? What problems will I experience installing in the carribean? Thanks in advance for all the responses!

The price is reasonable if it includes the dual LNB. Yes, you can use an H card with it.
