Cooperstown, New York

We'll going to Cooperstown this summer to Dreams Park to watch our son play baseball. Anyone ever stay there and know of some nice places to stay. I'm not a Bed & Breakfast type of person and would prefer a hotel or motel. I have found a lot of sites on the net but would like to get some recommendations.

I live in NYC and visit upstate every summer with my family. We stay about 2 hours from cooperstown. Every 2 years or so we pick a day during our vacation to head to Cooperstown, usually it's for the Hall of Fame Game!

Now, I know that 2 hours is most likely alot further away than you would rather stay, but if for some reason it is not I can "Very Highly" recommed a place. It's a long drive, but it is a family owned and operated resort!

My family (about 70 of us) and friends have been enjoying it every summer for the past 15 years or so.
