I read about this on another forum . It might not happen but who knows . It's about how they can shut any electronic component down that are operating outside it's intended area using a special implanted chip using GPS technology . I think it would take years for something like that to clear all the legal hurdles and be approved for use in North America. Just my opinion.

Since I drive a truck, and it could be made to target legit subs, and that would be a real pain to dave, if it could be made small enough to carry around, how much could I cost dave? :D:D:D
