Govideo Dual Deck & Macrovision

The old Govideo dual deck VCR's will copy just about any protected tapes.
The ones sold after April, 2000 will not copy Macrovision protected tapes.
I believe they have the ability, just are restricted due to newer copyright laws.

Anyone have any ideas for a work around this?

I've had some success copying macrovision tapes by playing them in a Sony VCR and recording with a RCA. The Sony seems to boost the signal and overcomes the macro protection. You also might try putting a signal booster between two vcrs
