Do you guys think Dave will be ECMing tonight? Being that there will be a big audience during the boxing match?

It could be possible but I haven't heard anything. The dealer I got my loader from has told me that from a very good source there will be an ECM on the 1st of April between 8pm and 1am. I have spread the word to all my customers and now it is up to them to pull thier cards or not. Was suggested to me to just pull the cards for the day. I know wolf has been cried many times before and you really never know when they will strike again. But I would rather be safe then sorry and I trust what this guy tells me.

Yeah right!! April Fools Day would be apropriate to fry everyone's cards. Let's all learn from the ECM when it comes and not worry when it will come down. Enjoy TV and let's work to keep it going.

Well no one knows and thats been said here over and over before. But April 1st is I think the day for Wrestlemania X-7.

This is biggest Wrestling event of the year and Black Sunday happened while the Royal Rumble Wrestling was going on so I wouldn't be shocked if DTV pulled something that evening.

Here we go again, People, only a selected group of individuals inside DTV/NDS (5-8) knows for sure when a ECM will be send. They dont tell anyone, not there employees neither distributors. Just think for a minute, why will they risk being fired from a very GOOD job for being a MOLE so we can watch TV while at the same time they are trying to kill us. Is like going on somebody's house and tell them "Hey I will rob you tommorow, please don,t be home for it" Be realistic!! and those crazy formulas like, "is going to be certain date because they did it last year, or last monday, or for the superbowl, survivor or any of that crap" Is true that they migth do it when the most people are watching certain event, but that is not allways the case. Just my .02 cents.

Know what?...DTV knows if it is going to happen. If it does it does. Guess you aren't a member of the "[yellow]Coop"[/color]

Those guys have a few snakey programmers of their own.

Just be happy and watch your TV.

This was taken directly off the Dens ECM reports.

A addendum to last nights ECM post. BTW: for those that missed it, scroll down to 5pm March 21st for the report. Aktivator and Dynaceptor were on the kill list, and people that were using them as a standalone were added to the body count, Black-Sunday style.

People using boot sleeves and Dead Processor Boards mostly lived thru it, although they will now have to live with annoying picture blinking every few minutes until a patch is found.

One cannot help but notice yet another "pushing" trend happening again. For many, many months DTV "pushed" us into having all the updates installed on our cards, then one day, it was lights out. Now we see them "pushing" people into emulation for some reason. Perhaps they have a trick or two left to play on us yet. Despite what you may have heard on some other sites, emulation is NOT invincible, it is NOT foolproof, but is IS currently the safest way at the moment. What is still not clear is if PGM will continue to offer support for it.

Oscar will run longer than that before he loses and the ECM won't happen during a Sporting event next time, it will happen during a "Married With Children" marathon (didn't give exact date)

BTW,What was the sporting even on 3/21s ECM to support the ECM during sporting events theory?

damn! You mean we can use this crap to watch TV????

I was getting bored with the numbers scrolling on the monitor, so I just turned it off.

I knew I was missing something, I guess I had better buy one of those darn TV things.

Well, Cleo was wrong about Oscar.
And yes, Quaddawg, you can use it to watch TV when the posting is slow. Heck, PM me and I'll tell you some channels that show naked women (just found them, must be new channels)

How is TV involved with this? You mean there is something else with this hobby. Dang...and I "thought" it was all BS.

I think I need my meds...

I think grade B eggs means their still in the chicken. And grade A means after they come out. You know. before and after. I know an ecm is coming, I just don't care. I'm to busy watching tv.

There's nothing to wish for. If it happens, it happens. You can't control what DTV does or will do.

I'm just sitting back and waiting for the emu ECM, all the while watching and enjoying those "educational" channels.
