The Means justifies the End!
I would have to say that anyone using an H card is being directed discretely into DTV's wishes. This is what the past 6 - 8 months have proved. Look to the HU future the customer base using the HU card is far greater than what the H card had ever been. DTV now really can't screw up with all the HU customers. Personally, I have been waiting to see how this all works out. I think bootloaders and emulation will not be the successful path to follow.
Worry about software for support, the free ride will soon be over if not already. The programmers who have been feeding this freenzy have been left out of the gravy-train, while everyone else has been making bucks off their labor. The Happy people here are the ones selling the equipment, they LOVE to sell you the latest & GREATEST toys.
