win 4.5

Anybody having problems downloading Win 4.5. I keep downloading and it says complete, but I go to open and it either says invalid archive or cannot open. I've tried downloading again and again, but to no avail.

Yes, I had the same problem, I waited till about 3AM when the sight was'nt so busy, then I finally got it to load,
