New systems out !

I just came from WallMart and while I was there they put out some new RCA single systems that were in a new type of package.

The box was dated 3-16-01 and according to the box there was an HU inside.

What happend to rumor that they were going to stop selling cards with the receivers?

Yea, Wallmart is putting the new systems out, different receivers priced at $79.00 instead of $49.00. I was going to buy one today, however, why spend $79.00 when the bootloaders and emulators still work. HU card testing is like research and development of hang gliders, all the first test pilots got killed before perfection.

glad to see the regulars back - Al, hope tax season is going well. I really liked the hang glider analogy.

So, to all you new coopulators, how did you like riding through your first ECM while watching TV? Emulation is the ONLY way to go. :)

I liked it just fine!!! :D I have to admit I do miss playing around with scripts though... Emulating to me is/was more of a hardware thing, PGM took care of all the software issues!!! Again thank you sir!!! :)
