When did this happen? Should we worry if we purchase products from them? I currently have product on order from them and just sent some product back for exchange.

I believe it happened Wednesday or Thursday. I would think you probably lost your orders, but no need to worry.

Product was recieved by them on Friday via Fedex. Why would you say not to worry?

My experience in similiar matters has been that your product and/or money is LOST and you should move on to other suppliers. Worry? I know of no reason to worry about any possible complications. yOU SEEM TO HAVE DRAWN THE SHORT STRAW. damn caps get over it and move on. would be my advice.

If and a warrant was issued for search and seizure than the items are *seized* and like Betsy said move on.
What I don't understand and I believe this was raised before is how one can openly advertize in the US with these products listing two phone numbers to call and not expect this to happen. ?
They can't take anyone down but its not uncommon to go after the most visable and make an example.. no matter how many times questions are asked whether its legal or not.. perhaps this is the answer..
If we sell devices designed like that in Canada to be used to modify or receive unauthorized signals from ExpressPuke or StarNoChoice its VERY ILLEGAL.. its the same in the US as far as I am concerned..

GS2 I agree whole heartedly.... still it is a shame that this had to happen to them.... they were a bunch of great guys.
Wonder if this means if I still have to pay my bill I owe em? :)

JT-TEK !!!! Chris & Jason and some other Emps. was must have been busted after 5 pm on fri. , I talked with them fri. at 5 pm. , My understanding was that it was a IRS sezure , that got them shut down & nothing more. , due to not paying the gov. there fair share ! I will miss JT-TEK , Chris , Jason & the rest of the gang was good people.

the dimedealer I don't think so. I did a search through there local newpaper and some of the surrounding areas and guess what...Not a single line was printed about them being busted. When North-Sat and DssToday got hit it was in alot of news papers and Eddie came here to post info. They have not been here or anywere else. You can come to your own conclusion...I have...GL

At the risk of being flamed again about this lets review the facts. They were BUSTED. All of their records were seized and the crap has hit the fan. If you see they are back up don't deal with them you will just be sinking yourself deeper. Stay away and you should be fine. If they want to avoid jail time and huge fines they have to turn states evidence. What do you think they will do?

Oh well, not to mention I just bought a JT-tek unlooper from a local dealer the other day. I guess so much goes for the 6 month warranty.
I've seen Unloopers, emu, programmers, and otehr stuff being sold VERY openly around here .. so I guess those are somehow legal ... Also notice the sales guy don't ever mention anythign about hacking.
