Can somebody tell me how I can receive Sky Sports Britain on a DSS dish. I am in Chicago. Do I need a speacial dish? What other programming info will I need?

Sky Sports are on satellites (19E and 28E) that are below the horizon for you. Actually, they are below the horizon for every city in North America.

The easier way is to move to UK to get those channels. If all you want are the English Premier League, FA Cup and English national team, lots of them are available here on American channels.
