On whether the Appeal should be heard for ExpressPuke versus Can-Am..

Now if they say NO... well thats it.. case over.. its LAW and Legal.

However if they say YES then its off to the Supreme Court.. and we are going to NEED money in a BIG way.

I have always maintain that I believe they will hear it.. but I will SURE be HAPPY if I am wrong
