Its not what we hoped for.. we will now have to duke it out in the Supreme Court of Canada for final decison on legal or not.

I just hope there will be alot of donations otherwize we will lose by default.. eveything will go including this site.

Is there a schedule for when the case will actually be heard? In a month 2 months? Just want to make sure my donation is sent in before it is actually needed :)

I can't tell when the case will be heard.. atleast 8 months from now

BUT

We needs Funds ASAP to retain Counsel and start preparing.. the funds received were used very well and got us to this stage and now is the REAL big push.

Check out other thread: Big win in Ontario court of appeals because that will help us in a BIG way

Great, I finally get off my butt and get out the dusty old credit card and I see on http://www.legal-rights.org that I cannot phone in my donation today :( Not exactly sure how one would fax it in. Monday I guess I will look after it. :)

gs2 would it be possible to have a PM with you I have a question or two about handing out some flyers with info for a LOT of people that I believe have a stake in the upcoming battles.

I usually just hang in the background reading posts and learing, and in the last year and a half the BIGGEST thing I have learned is how corrupt our own RCMP and big business can really be, lets say I have had an eye opener ;) And after having read some of the cases I find it very upsetting that the RCMP having what is apparently their own agenda in dealing with the "grey" area market, would in many cases omit information that is pertinant to the case in order to get a judge to grant them an order to sieze goods etc, if they in fact read all of the rulings and remitted ALL information before getting thier warrants I am fairly certain no judge in his right mind would allow this kind of confiscation of peoples goods and the right of perfectly legit buisnisses to be bankrupt by a system that ties them up in courts for years. I am rambling a bit here and quite possibly am not coming across quite the way I would like to, for me getting things into print doesnt always work, but what the hey, i'm trying :)

I am maybe not as "wordy" as a lot that post in the forums, but I can tell you this, as of recent I have been talking to a lot of people and suggesting that if they enjoy their choice,as a Canadian, to be able to watch whatever they preffer to watch in their own home, that they too send whatever they can, be it $5.00, $10.00, whatever they feel they can afford IF they would still like that choice to be theirs!

I believe as of monday morning I can change my signature to read Like I DID, and be proud of it!

Have a wonderful day :)
