Tech Electronics WINS in a MAJOR Blowout 3 to 0 (Judges) a SHUTOUT.
Two issues here the Warrants obtained and the Law... Tech scores on BOTH.
This will go a LONG way to helping the Industry.
This will go a LONG in finally getting proper Justice in my case..in fact we might seek a motion for reversal of my decision before my appeal.. the ONLY problem is it goes back to the SAME Judge who is out to lunch.
This decison SHOWS CLEARLY where he ERRORED by a Court TWO levels above.
This decision will go a LONG way Battling at the Supreme Court of Canada.. BC Court of Appeals ( 2 to 1 ) Ontario Court of Appeals ( 3 to 0 ) versus their Federal Court of Appeals in 1997 and the poor disenting Judge in BC Court of Appeals.
But we have SO MANY other cases that go in out Favor.
This decision is SO STRONG and Written by extremely respected Judges.. not a shadow of doubt in the ruling.
