Yesterday night I order a programer and unlooper from Virgin-Tech. The site is still up. Does anybody knows if they are in USA or Canada? I hope they're in Canada. Do you think I will get the items anyway? Thanks.
"three tooth", you may be S.O.L. if your dealer was among those raided. The fact that his site is down may or may not mean he was raided, though. Sites do go down totally unrelated to DirecTV's anti-piracy activities. And, it's possible your order shipped out prior to the authorities confiscations ocurred. "buho777", even though your dealer's site is still up, you may also be S.O.L. either because someone forgot to shut off the server after the raid, or, if your dealer's deliveries were serviced by "Fulfillment Plus". Read it and weep: "Many dealers including Fulfillment Plus, [emphasis mine] which handles the orders of countless dealers had their inventories taken from them." You both still have a chance that your merchandise has shipped and will arrive, but don't be surprised if it doesn't. All you guys can do is wait and see.

Yes many US vendors were busted all using the same shipping company..putting all their eggs into one basket.
As far as the legality of programmers or unloopers in the US instead of saying they are illegal just watch and read what's happening

I was really lucky. The hardware arrived as expected to my US address. I hope I won't have problems when the items are sent to Mx.
