There have been some raids in Monterrey, Mexico. Also, three people were arrested in Mexico City charged with selling altered cards for SKY Latin America.
There are two features in the newspapers (in spanish) about the raids in Monterrey:
http://www.diariodemonterrey.com/nota.asp?id=27023
http://www.elnorte.com.mx/ed_impresa/notas/010525/segpub/textos/nsegint0002.htm
Some of Monterrey' counties have the biggest density of dishes in the World!! There's a commentary in one of the articles about a dealer delivering more than 5 thousand systems!!
As for the legality of the actions, well, there are very gray areas, but prosecutors are claiming Copyright violations.
The Mexico City operation was shown over Televisa's national TV network, at the 8 o'clock news. Televisa is the partner of Sky Networks in Mexico.
Nobody knows if there are going to be actions against individuals, I've known of some people dismantling their dishes, just to be on the safe side...
