My dad has a jt-tek dual pro that was working fine but now it will not stay in unlooper mode...Does anyone know where I can send it to get it fixed?

This is really the wrong forum have you tried posting the question maybe in the unlooper repair forum or the hardware forum..Some of the guys may be able to even help you fix it yourself..
