Most likely he will do exactly what he said but we will go in and won't lose without a fight. Some of my attorney were against argueing but I will have the two best there and maybe the Judge's twin will show up.

Depending on the outcome I will be filing a complaint to the Judicial review board with a displanary attorney. Hope to see him there..

Off to Superior court this year or beginning of next year. Bad ass had already written his decision on our application before we got there today.The bad ass said he didn't want to be humiliated by reversing his decision. What a Turd.

Next time talk to me directly versus asking permission to talk to my lawyer. I have now heard from two different people one being YOUR client.

Don't confuse contempt of court with freedom of speech and expression which is exactly want MY lawyer calls it. If I want to express that THAT THE JUDGE WAS A FLAMING ASSSHOLE I certainly will. THE SAME FLAMING ASSSHOLE SAYS YOU ARE COMMITTING A CRIME BY RECEIVEING ILLEGAL US SIGNALS don't know what you call him but I choose to call the TURD what he is with my expressing as it is - my right.

Hi GS2,

Yes it is a shame that this judge did not reverse his ruling as he legally MUST do. Having reopened your case he is BOUND by other SUPERIOR court Judges who have ruled it legal. As he is only a Provincial court judge (very PROVINCIAL) the LAW says he is BOUND by the Superior court in HIS PROVINCE and when a Judge cannot follow the LAW himself its a sure thing (Cakewalk) when the appeal of both the sentence and the case itself gets heard. Judges have laws they MUST follow and that was his BIGGEST error but only ONE of the plethora of errors your judge made.

I have to say that 99% of all the judges I have seen in this issue are good proper judges who do their level best to arrive at the correct decision and they usually DO.

But this judge is an egotistical maniac and has no business being on the bench at all. That will be QUITE obvious when the appeals are heard and I guess he just does not care as he is not young and will likely NEVER get higher than the lowly position he holds. Good judges at that level WILL get promoted but I think he has given up all hope and so could care less. Its a SHAME that he can have so little respect for citizens however who must SUFFER the degrading time until the matter is corrected which is an unbelievable hardship for a person like yourself to go through.

And its not fair that you have to do that just so he can play his stupid EGO games with the system. People like him deserve to be disbarred so that they KNOW how it feels to be WRONGED. Only with him it would NOT be wrong at all :D

Cheer up GS2, the truth will out and you will be acquitted soon. This OUTRAGE will NEVER be allowed to stand.
