i told same said laywer all was gone expect

and trashed the stuff to the point where the coustmers
would not take it back after all why would they
i throw it out in the trash as i was told to do

I think you are the case where the court ordered that anything that says BELL EXPRESSVU is to be held by him in trust. Well the LAWYER fooled the girlie from McKenzies office because NOTHING says BELL on it and so they are screwed anbd DONT realize it. You have won BIGTIME if thats YOU Mr. ED with JP of Johns Warehouse so what are you bitching about. The Judge was very much on your side and ordered the stuff into the posession of your lawyer and ordered him to hold all materials that say BELL EXpressVu on it at HIS suggestion. But he knows NOTHING says that.

I read that ruling and its a GREAT 490 for YOU.

Especially if you are ED DoXXXX and are in London with John PiXXXXX in the case too. Its a GREAT ruling for you.

But ---- please speak english and stop with the code ----. Nobody can understand what the hell you are saying. I ONLY understand because I read the case :D

just confrimed with the other mentioned party recieved
same order
that other party had NO BELL EXPRESS-VU CARDS
just dishnetwork and driect tv or rather news-datacom
so as i was saying it anit over but just the start of round
2 :):(

If you want some discussions or input then please talk in PLAIN worded English. I guess I will just call Ian to get the straight talk :) as I retained him in 1997. You can get alot of your questions answered to the best of our ability but we have to know EXACTLY what they are. I can also call other lawyers I have on retainer for advice.

Hi Ed,

Listen if you are back in court June 12, Good luck to you. I would say that the judge is going your way though so you should be OK.

I know this is all bull----, hell they seized over 5 million in cash and another 5 million in property from me in November 1998 and I have not got anything back yet.

Worse still, GS2 was seized on the same day as me, they seized well over $100,000.00 of his equipment and BECAUSE he got a "hanging judge" he is CONVICTED (found guilty). His goods have been ordered CONFISCATED. HOW is that for CRAP.

Of course we all believe that he will be acquitted on Appeal because this is really outrageous aseveryone else was acquitted and this Judge did this AFTER a Superior court Judge had ruled in Quebec that this is NOT a crime. That provincial Judge was BOUND by the Superior Court and still he ignored that law.

But we are all on a winning streak and we will win in the endgame. That is the Supreme Court Ruling where we are fighting the Canam case but we need funds for that battle. I would ask you to please make a BIG donation and get others to help as well as if we do not fight the supremne court case for lack of funds that will be the end of the business for us all here in Canada.
