HOW to SMUGGLE PRODUCT into Canada and CHEAT THE TAXMAN-
All with the help of the RCMP

This is a short fictional story on how to become a SMUGGLER and a TAX CHEAT with the HELP of the RCMP. There was once an American broadcaster who we will call DAVE TV. Now this foreign conglomerate Dave TV somehow know how to enlist the Canadian RCMP to help THEM while they SMUGGLE their Programming PRODUCT and CHEAT THE TAXMAN in Canada all with the HELP of our VERY OWN RCMP.

You see DAVE put together a VAST network of Vendors in Canada and the US to conspire to do these illegal acts and even sanctioned the Canadian Companies by making them "Authorized DAVE TV Distributors" in the STATES. They sold these Canadian distributors, who are called "Grey Market Dealers" in Canada, THOUSANDS of smart cards and paid them BIG commissions for every subscription (over $300.00 US) all the while that they KNOW these subs are Canadians because their Credit Cards say so by the 4500 number at the start of the CC number. Then DAVE gets the RCMP to prance around and ARREST and CHARGE these very same DEALERS and others with THEFT, whether people pay for the service or NOT. They CLAIM WRONGLY that "grey market" and "black market" are illegal which is NONSENSE under Canadian law. Several of these AUTHORIZED DAVE TV DEALERS were charged under section 9 (1) C of the RC Act to the Criminal Code and naturally when that happens DAVE sends the dealer a "dear John" letter CANCELLING their authorization and saying "It has come to our attention that you are Canadian" when they KNEW THIS ALL ALONG, JUST so that they no longer have to pay the dealers the ongoing commissions. But Guess what. Dave TV brilliantly FORGETS to cancel the CANADIAN subscribers who keep their subs even YEARS LATER and keep paying DAVE TV with Canadian Credit Cards.

So we have this DAVE TV selling to Canadians knowingly with a conspiracy of "Authorized Dave TV Dealers" who are Canadian and sell only in Canada, and to fulfil the contract, DAVE TV DELIVERS the Programming SIGNAL to the Canadians HOMES without advising CANADA CUSTOMS of the IMPORTED PROGRAMMING and WITHOUT CHARGING THE Goods & Service tax, The Provincial Sales Tax and WITHOUT REMITTING these TAXES like all other Canadian Businessmen must do, to our Government. SMUGGLING and TAX FRAUD are part of DAVE TV's conspiracy plan and GUESS who helps and assists DAVE TV. None other than our VERY OWN RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police). How? Well when they RAID Canadians and SEIZE their PROPERTY IMPROPERLY, they charge the Canadians with CRIMES and claim that DAVE TV is the VICTIM. Now I know that sounds outrageous. Here is this GIANT US Conglomerate who have ILLEGALLY conspired and appointed a Canadian DEALER network so that they can DEFRAUD the TAXMAN, SMUGGLE their Subscription signal into Canada and our RCMP calls THEM a VICTIM.

Now to show what good COPS the RCMP are, they let the CRIMINAL DAVE TV pay for their AIR TICKETS and travel EXPENSES, hotels, meals and ??? and they travel down to DAVE TV headquarters in California. Now the RCMP bring some supposed "Pirate Cards" with them to have XYZ inspect them on behalf of DAVE TV and they also bring the PROPERTY of Canadian citizens along with them to offer to the CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE DAVE TV to ASSIST them FURTHER.

SO DAVE TV make a LOT of money with their SMUGGLING and TAX CHEATING. They have sold to HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of Canadians, SMUGGLED ALL the PROGRAMMING signals into Canada to deliver at the customers HOME and they BEAT the Canadian Dealers who they conspired with, out of all future commissions. So if YOU were an AMERICAN CONGLOMERATE and KNEW how to operate, you too could get the RCMP to assist you at protecting your ILLEGAL CANADIAN MARKET against Canadians who would watch that illegal signal and TRAVEL FREEBEE to CALIFORNIA to VISIT BIG DADDY DAVE to get plans for FUTURE RAIDS and HELP at trying to CONVICT the Canadians, who did NOTHING against the LAW. And the RCMP simply look the OTHER WAY at your SMUGGLING, your TAX CHEATING and your CONSPIRACY to DEFRAUD, so LONG as you are called "DAVE TV" and pay their BILLS and trips to SUNNY California.
