Nielsen TV Ratings

What do you think? My wife signed us up to be a Nielsen Family and they want me to record all the TV watched in the house for a week. HMMMMM!! They say all info is confidential. Think I should tell them about all the locals I watch? They want to know what channels I get, but they only have 86 spaces to list them. LOL Has anybody done this before?
