As some of you already know, I am a big time Who fan.

Starting this Saturday night and throughout the monthe of August The Who will be a PPV concert on DTV (channel 101). The show was filmed about 6 months ago in England and was a benefit concert to raise money for teenagers with Cancer!

The show consists of a 2.5 hour Who concert followed by 1 hour of other starts (ie Eddie Vedder, Brian Adams, and more) doing Who songs.

I am looking forward to it!

PS Now if I can only find the $19.95 to order the damn thing! lol!

Saw them in 1997, I think it was in Florida, "nice to leave the cold winters of Canada and head south", WPB Ampha Theater is where I think the place is.

"Who are you...you...youuuuu...."

I never got to see them but I used to be a big fan in my younger days. I specially loved the rock operas, Quadrephenia and Tommy. I had the kids are alright, and the album with baba o'reilly and the one that came after. I think I had them all in 8 track. Somebody please explain to them youngsters krazie and blcjet what an 8 track was. lol

I am gonna ask a dumb question....
Who is the Who?

Are we questioning something?

Is it a invisible group or something?

Or a single person?

BigDog4All...The Who are arguably the worlds greatest Rock & Roll band! In my opinion they are the greatest! They revolutionized music with the Rock Operas mentioned above by TC!

Tune into 101 on Saturday night at 9 or anytime during August! They are not the same as they were when they were younger (drummer died in 76 or 77), but the music still Rocks!

You will be surprised how many of their songs you know! I promise you that!

I remember 8 tracks! Slightly before my time! My older brothers and sisters had tons of them! Do you remember how bulky they were! Does anyone have a working 8 track player out there?

With all the crazy names in music...one never knows.

8 tracks..............I remember those.

Sort of like the BIG CD's....Albums
